Exercise plan and menu for 12/2/14

Exercise: Some minor stretching and some light exercise.  Light exercise means less than 15 minutes per day.  This would include walking or a light jog.

Menu:
Breakfast
Biscuits

Lunch
Turkey
Macaroni and cheese
Lima Beans

Dinner
Sandwich
Potato chips

Snack 1
Crackers

Snack 2
Crackers

Snack 3
Ice cream and fruit
