A confession or two

I have a confession or two to make.  I have not exercised.  I also do not eat healthy.  I get people who begin on diets and seems to make it so easy.  Sadly I am not one of those people.  I don't have the heart or the knowledge.  I don't always don't have or hold accountability for help and guidance.  I realize that at my age, it may get harder.  I have much guilt when it comes to losing weight and eating healthy.  Maybe I am doing this all wrong.
