Meal Plan for 6/17/14

Breakfast
       Apple
       Oatmeal cream pies
Lunch
        Yogurt
        Pineapples
Dinner
         Salad
Snack 1
         Graham Crackers
         2% milk
Snack 2
         Baked potato
Snack 3
         Orange

Two things I did that are beneficial to my health.
1.  Eat healthy and in moderation
2. Meditation
