Meal and Exercise plans for 6/18/14

Breakfast
       Apple
       Oatmeal cream pies
Lunch
       Turkey burger
       Fries
Dinner
        Turkey burger
        Tossed salad
Snack 1
         Graham Crackers
         2% milk
Snack 2
         Fruit salad
Snack 3
         Peanut butter and apple

Exercise Plan for 6/18/14
Use the treadmill for half an hour.

Two things I have done that are beneficial to my health.
1. Exercise
