Meal Plan for 6/6/14

Breakfast
     1 cup special K
     1 slice whole wheat toast with
     1 small apple
Lunch
     Hamburger with lettuce, tomato, and pickles
     French Fries, plain
     Green beans
Dinner
     Hamburger with lettuce, tomato, and pickles
Snack 1
      Raisins
      Chex mix
Snack 2
      Fiber One bar
      1/2 Cup Ice Cream
Snack 3
       Triscuit crackers

Exercise Plan for 6/6/14
10 minutes of stretching
30 minutes of walking
