French fries, small hamburger with no bun, small tossed salad

Cup of strawberries, ½ cup cherries, ½ cup grapes

Lettuce, tomatoes, celery, banana

Exercise:
My plan is to walk.  I also wish to exercise from the internet via YouTube.  I am not sure which exercise to do, however.
