Diet plan

Breakfast
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1/4 cup sliced almonds

Snack 1
Small apple

Lunch
Breaded shrimp
Fish sandwich
1 1/2 Serving of French fries

Snack 2
Small Orange

Dinner
Tomato Ramen Vegetable Soup
5 Ritz crackers

Snack 3
1 cup canned pineapples

Snacks
1 cup canned pineapples + 1 large banana
