Sample 2000 Calorie Plan

Breakfast=480
Lunch=590
Dinner=400
Snack 1=200
Snack 2=150
Snack 3=180
Total=2000

Breakfast- 2 slices wheat toast, 3 turkey sausage links, 2 slices turkey bacon, 1 scrambled egg, sugar-free preserves

Lunch- 3 oz. baked chicken, 1 cup couscous, 1 cup asparagus, 1 tablespoon light margarine

Dinner- turkey sandwich on whole wheat

Snack 1- 1 Kind bar

Snack 2- 1 Fiber one cookie

Snack 3- 1 cup sugar-free ice cream
