Breakfast=300
Lunch=400
Dinner=250
Snack 1=100
Snack 2=100
Snack 3=50
Total=1200

Breakfast- 1 cup raisin bran cereal, ½ cup reduced fat milk

Lunch- turkey cheeseburger, oven baked fries

Dinner- Progresso light syrup, ½ turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato

Snack 1- large orange

Snack 2- large apple

Snack 3- 1 cup strawberries
