      Smoked Sausage

Snack 1
      Chocolate Mousse
Snack 2
      Orange
Snack 3
        Apple and raisins

Exercise planner:
I did some walking for a minute or two.  Okay, I did not walk at all.  I have come to realize that writing this I should feel bad.  I do, but I don't.
