My own exercise plan starting tomorrow

Thursday 3/31
Walk, 10 minutes
Free weights, 5 minutes

Friday 4/1
Walk, 10 minutes
Free weights, 5 minutes

Friday 4/2
Rest

Sunday 4/3
Walk, 10 minutes
Free weights, 5 minutes

Monday 4/4
Walk, 10 minutes
Free weights, 5 minutes

Tuesday 4/5
Free weights, 5 minutes
Squats and Lunges, 5 minutes
Walking, 5 minutes

Wednesday 4/6
Rest

It has been over a month since I have actually done at least five minutes of exercise.  I am not 100% healthy.  I am not fully healthy and I have the mindset and the medications to prove it.   At my age, I shouldn't feel so unhealthy, bogged down, and willing to give up.  Exercise is hard for me.  Trying is even harder.  I do notice that I feel better after exercise however.  Maybe I should try to stop trying and just do it.
