Diet and exercise plan for 9/28/16

The  sample plan below will be for  tomorrow.

Exercise: yard work and walking

Time : 8 AM-10 AM; (yardwork)
            12 PM-12:30 PM (squats, lunges, lift weights, walking)
impact: yard work (medium)
             afternoon exercise 200 calories
calories burned: yard work 566 + afternoon exercise 200 calories = 766 calories
pulse: 96 (yardwork); 93 (afternoon exercise)
length of time: 2 hours (yardwork); 30 minutes (afternoon exercise)

reflections and comments:  The above plan is what I will fill out in the exercise blog.
explain plan: This is a great exercise for the mind as well.
